Using Coconut Oil for Cleaning Candles?
There are so many ways to utilize all the benefits of coconut oil, but who would have thought of using coconut oil for cleaning candles? Well, I was in my living room, looking around for more new uses and I looked at my big, drab candle sitting in the middle of the room and I thought…hmmm…
I got a paper towel and dipped it into some coconut oil. Then I began wiping coconut oil all over the candle. The transformation was incredible. It took just a few minutes to do and began with just a little imagination.
When you keep an open mind you can come up with all kinds of truly incredible coconut oil uses. If you remember some of the basic properties of this wonderful oil you can begin to get creative, too.
Coconut oil is-
—–an antiviral
—–a conditioner
—–an antibacterial
—–a cleanser
—–a polisher
—–a disinfectant
—–a lubricant
—–a moisturizer
—–a deodorizer
Also, when you use coconut oil to spiff up your candles you don’t have to worry because the oil will not create problems with the candle’s ability to burn. It will simply shine and condition without interfering with the burning process.
Wiping down candles with coconut oil may seem a bit obsessive to some folks, but if you have those big candles that take a long time to burn down, you also have them for a long time. They begin to look dusty and ugly. It takes literally minutes to improve the way a room can look when you use coconut oil on your decorative candles.
I dare you to try it- get up right now and go polish a candle with coconut oil. Then start looking around to see other things that might need some sprucing up. Go ahead-
“Try It For Everything!”
